Merchandise Pick Up Policies

Purchased items must be picked up from the Village Door within 7 days of purchase. Unclaimed merchandise that remains in the shop after 7 days will be put back on sale at the Village Door and the payment will be considered a donation. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. The purchaser must bring help to move large items from the shop.  Store volunteers cannot provide moving assistance. The Village Door can provide contact information for local movers should the purchaser wish to hire one.
